Alessandra has over 15 years of professional experience specializing in the real estate industry. She has worked with real estate developers, landowners, investors, and capital market professionals, sharing insights and market intelligence on various real estate sectors. Alessandra is an advocate of green building and sustainable business operations. She has worked collaboratively with middle managers and C-suite professionals in the planning and implementing of real estate developments, from low to high-density mixed-use developments of small to large-sized properties across all real estate sectors.
Alessandra started her career doing marketing & business development for upscale residential leisure projects for Landco, then moved to Federal Land, Inc. to develop multi-tower condominium and mixed-use developments. In 2016, she moved to Colliers International as a Sr. Manager for the Research & Advisory to work with clients on financially maximizing their properties and developments. To further expand her real estate experience, she became director of business development and marketing at Megabon, a fit-out & construction company. More recently, she was AVP for a startup real estate company to strengthen the Research & Advisory service.
Born and raised in both Singapore and Australia, having graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor in Communications specializing in Business & Strategic Planning, Kyle has 15 years of experience, having worked in several big multinational companies like General Electric, Alstom holding several senior management positions and most recently held the position of Director of Procurement for Foodpanda Asia Pacific overseeing 12 countries in Asia and a team of 40 finance professionals.
In his previous roles, Kyle was involved in numerous high-value projects such as Powerplants and Rail Networks amounting to USD 2 Billion.
In his time with Foodpanda, Kyle has built several HQ offices in 10 major Asian cities - including the one in BGC, Manila, and the Asia HQ in Singapore. His expertise mainly lies in Finance, Business Operations, Procurement, Construction, and Change Management. He is also a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) member and alumni.
